The unit ensures the accuracy, reliability and professionalism of environmental air measurements to ensure compliance with environmental legislation

The research covers the following aspects

Conducting air quality measurements on the border/outside the enterprise's SPZ (monitoring)

● Determination of the actual state of air pollution in the areas of influence of the enterprises' activities: on the border or outside the sanitary protection zone (SPZ) of the enterprise.
● Systematic measurement of various levels of pollutants, such as hydrocarbons, nitrogen oxides, sulfates, ammonia, etc., using special sensors and analytical instruments
● Processing and analysis of the data obtained in order to: assess air quality, determine the concentration of pollutants and their compliance with the established standards, as well as identify pollution trends and potential problem areas
● Preparation of reports with measurement results, their interpretation and recommendations for further measures to improve air quality and reduce pollution levels.
● Continuous monitoring of air pollutant levels within or outside the enterprise's SPZ to ensure timely response to any deviations and take the necessary measures to reduce the negative impact on the environment and human health.

Measurement of pollutants at mobile or stationary sources (industrial control)

● Identification and selection of mobile measuring devices that allow for real-time measurement of pollutants at stationary and mobile sources.
● Identification of sampling sites at stationary sources, development of a measurement plan (schedule), including the frequency and time of work.
● Performing measurements of pollutants at stationary and/or mobile sources using mobile devices. This may include obtaining data on site and analyzing its composition.
● Processing and analysis of the data received from mobile devices to determine the level of pollution and compare it with the established standards.
● After measuring pollutants at stationary and/or mobile sources, a report is prepared containing the results, conclusions and recommendations for improving production processes and reducing environmental impact.

Measurement of pollutants at gas treatment plants (GTP)

● Identification and selection of mobile devices that allow real-time measurement of pollutants at gas treatment plants.
● Determination of sampling locations for measurement at gas treatment plants and development of a plan (schedule) for the work, including the time of measurements and parameters to be determined.
●Preparing mobile instruments, calibrating and checking their accuracy before starting measurements. Preparation of the working area at the gas treatment plant to ensure safety and accuracy of measurements.
●Measurement of pollutants at gas treatment plants using mobile devices. This can include real-time data acquisition, measurement of individual pollutant concentrations, and determination of parameters characterizing the efficiency of gas treatment plants.
● Processing and analysis of data received from mobile devices to determine the level of pollution of pollutant emissions from gas treatment plants, calculation of the degree of purification to assess the efficiency of gas treatment systems.
● Based on the results of measurements of pollutants at gas treatment plants, a report is prepared containing the results, conclusions and recommendations.

Preparation of passports for gas cleaning installations

● Determination of the type and characteristics of the gas cleaning unit: brand of location, mode of operation, capacity and other technical parameters.
●A detailed description of the gas purification process carried out at the gas cleaning plant: filters (number of purification stages), sorbents, catalysts and other elements of the purification system that are part of the gas treatment plant.
●Identification of measured parameters at gas treatment plants, such as temperature, pressure, concentration of pollutants at the inlet and outlet, gas flow rates, etc. Description of methods for measuring and controlling these parameters.
● Determination of gas treatment plant performance indicators: degree of pollutant removal, removal rate, quality of treatment, etc.
●Verification of compliance of the GCU operation with the factory parameters and established norms and environmental standards. Inclusion of information in the passport on the fulfillment of environmental requirements for the operation of the plant.
●Inclusion of relevant documentation, certificates, licenses and other documents confirming the legitimacy and quality of the gas treatment unit in the passport of the gas treatment plant.

Determining the efficiency of a gas treatment plant

●Inlet measurements: measurements of the concentration of pollutants in the inlet gas entering the GCU. This may include measuring the concentration of nitrogen oxides (NOx), sulfur oxides (SOx), hydrocarbons, particulate matter (dust), etc.
● Measurement of output parameters: measurement of the concentration of pollutants in the output gas after passing through the gas treatment unit, which allows to assess the degree of gas purification from pollutants.
●Measurement of GCU operation parameters: temperature, pressure, gas flow rate, gas velocity through the treatment system, etc., which allows to assess the operation mode and efficiency of the unit.
● Based on the collected data, performance indicators are calculated, such as the degree of purification (percentage of pollutant removal), purification factor, efficiency of eliminating individual pollutants, etc.
●The obtained results are compared with the established standards in the gas treatment plant passport, which allows determining the extent to which the gas treatment plant operation meets the requirements for gas cleaning.
●Preparation of a report on determining the effectiveness of the gas treatment plant, including the results obtained, conclusions and recommendations for further improvement of the plant.
